I have worked as a Lead Previs Artist on the last chapter of Mission Impossible, “The Final Reckoning” at Halon in 2022 for about 3 months. I created several tests for the submarine action-packed sequence, where Tom Cruise goes out the submarine and ends up facing another one tailing it.
Sadly I could’t get the previs material for this one, but there’s a chunck of that particular sequence on the official Paramount clip, at [1:06] until the end of the clip.
